No prior knowledge is required, can easily be done yourself.

1.  Mix 100 g 1 with 150 g Activator 5 vol (1 part color to 1:5 part
   Activator) in a plastic bowl.
2.  Wet and towel dry the hair.
3.  Apply throughout the hair.
4.  Leave for 20 minutes then wash out.
